Provision a new tenant

Organisation name

Slug (subdomain) — lowercase, 3–50 chars

Admin email (first user, becomes System Admin)

Plan

Creates the database, applies the schema, seeds reference data, and registers the org. The admin then enrols their authenticator on first sign-in. NB: a new <slug>.mverseapps.app custom domain must be added to Front Door before the tenant is reachable for login.

Per-tenant cost is attributed from the Azure tenant resource tag (value = slug). Shared infra (one Container App + Postgres server) isn’t separately metered and appears under “shared” in the totals.
